Steam Pressure Washing
There are situations when standard cold water pressure washing cannot accomplish what can be done using high pressure steam. Imagine Building Services uses high tech equipment that excels at:
While standard cold water pressure washers turn high volumes of water (3-4 gallons per minute) into a forceful jet of focused water, our steam pressure washers use lower volumes of water (2 gallons per minute) heated to 330°F. This super high temperature coupled with the right amount of pressure is phenomenal at all kinds of cleaning. Even hot water pressure washers, which reach temperatures of 210°F, cannot provide the disinfecting properties of steam.
Benefits of steam:
Although using this specialized equipment costs more than using standard equipment, we often combine the use of both cold water pressure washers for large areas and steam pressure washers for focused cleaning to keep the cost down. |
