Refund and Return Policy

As part of our commitment to your full satisfaction when using our services, Imagine Building Services offers you our 100% satisfaction guarantee on our workmanship to the following terms:

• Window cleaning, awning cleaning, and pressure washing 7 days;
• Gutter cleaning 3 months;
• Dryer vent cleaning;
• Bird proofing products 1 year.

Exclusions to our guarantee are naturally occurring airborne soil types such as rain, blowing dust, and bird droppings and non-natural types such as paint or construction debris that occur after the work is finished.

Should you find fault with our workmanship we will return and fix the problem. Guaranteed. Since all invoices are left after the work has been completed, and after the customer has inspected it and signed our Service Logs, any payments received are non refundable. We ask that you please take the time to go over the finished work with our friendly staff prior to making your payments.
